Celanese Corporation Declares Quarterly Dividend of $0.03 Per Share

Celanese Corporation (NYSE: CE), a global chemical and specialty materials company, today declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.03 per share on its common stock, payable August 11, 2025.

The dividend is payable to stockholders of record as of July 29, 2025.
